Our goal is to demonstrate that application programs with Agrology’s Functional Crop Nutrition® products are an obvious investment for producers, as the financial benefits exceed the cost of supplemental applications!
One such Success Story was carried out on Watermelon, var. Florida (SS 2025_241_GR) in collaboration with the agricultural store “Gkikas Nikolaos.”, in 2025. Throughout the process, the farmer benefited from the continuous guidance and support offered by Agrology’s Technical Department and the collaborating agricultural store.
The field was divided into two plots, one was used as the Control, while Agrology’s Program was applied to the other plot. In all plots, the farmer used the same plant protection and plant nutrition-fertilization program, apart from the additional applications with Agrology’s Functional Crop Nutrition® products.

Success Story Results
During the field trial, sampling was conducted in both the control and the Agrology Program treatments, while total yield was assessed during the harvest period. The Agrology Program delivered measurable and significant improvements in key agronomic parameters of the watermelon crop, resulting in enhanced crop performance and clear benefits for the farmer.
Specifically, the following were achieved:
1. Total Yield Increase
Total Yield Increase: + 21.01% or 8.6 t/ha
- Agrology: 49.5 t/ha
- Control: 40.9 t/ha
2. Farmer’s Observations
I) Improved fruit set (higher number of fruits)
