Moving on to the next step of the successful evidence-based applications (Success Stories) conducted since 2017 in numerous crops throughout Greece, Agrology is starting a series of large-scale Success Stories in the country’s main crops (Mega Success Stories). Direct partners in the company’s new venture are Commercial Stores of Agricultural Supplies, members of the Nutrimasters® network, as well as Agricultural Cooperatives.
The main objective is to enhance the production and dynamics of crops, by supporting many farmers with the company know-how and AGROLOGY’s Functional Crop Nutrition® products, which constitute a profitable investment, as the economic benefits surpass the cost of the applications.
Through Agrology Success Stories in Greece and Abroad, it is proven that the superior quality and integrated innovative technologies of Agrology’s Functional Crop Nutrition® products, make a difference in crops from the very first applications!
One such Mega Success Story was carried out in Olives for Oil production in 2023, in collaboration with two Commercial Stores of Agricultural Supplies and Nutrimasters® “Geoponiki Siteias” and “Psaroudakis Dimitrios”, in the regions of Siteia and Ierapetra, Crete. Throughout the process, the farmers benefited from the continuous guidance and support offered by Agrology’s Technical Department and the collaborating agricultural stores.
The crop area in each trial was divided into two equal plots, one was used as Control, while Agrology’s Program was applied to the other plot. In both plots, the farmer used the same plant protection and plant nutrition-fertilization program, apart from additional applications with Agrology’s Functional Crop Nutrition® products.
Mega Success Story ID
In 2023, 8 Trials in Olives for oil production were conducted in the region of Crete, Southern Greece, covering an area of 5 hectares.
Mega Success Story Goals
By applying Agrology’s Functional Crop Nutrition® products during specific growth stages, farmers managed to achieve significant agronomic benefits for their crops.

Mega Success Story Results
Measurements on both plots revealed impressive results in the Agrology treatment. Specifically, the results were as follows:
- Increase of Total Olive Oil Production by 13.4% (+298 kg/ha)
- Agrology: 2.53 t/ha
- Control: 2.23 t/ha
Farmer’s Financial Benefit
The increase in olive oil production of 298 kg/ha, contributed to the increase of the farmer’s income, in various Olive oil prices.
