Our goal is to demonstrate that application programs with Agrology’s Functional Crop Nutrition® products are an obvious investment for producers, as the financial benefits exceed the cost of supplemental applications!

One such Success Story was carried out on Kiwi, var. Hayward (SS 2025_211_GR) in Kavala, in collaboration with the agricultural store and Nutrimaster® “AS NESTOS”, in 2025. Throughout the process, the farmer benefited from the continuous guidance and support offered by Agrology’s Technical Department and the collaborating agricultural store.

The field was divided into two plots, one was used as the Control, while Agrology’s Program was applied to the other plot. In both plots, the farmer used the same plant protection and plant nutrition-fertilization program, apart from the additional applications with Agrology’s Functional Crop Nutrition® products.

Measurements on both plots revealed impressive results in the Agrology treatment. Specifically, the results were as follows:

  1. Increase in Fruit Size:

Vertical Diameter: +2.7% (+1.4 mm/fruit)

  • Agrology: 54.9 mm
  • Control: 53.5 mm

2. Fruit Weight Increase

    Fruit Weight Increase: +10.95 g/fruit or 10.7%

    • Agrology: 113.15 g
    • Control: 102.2 g

    3. Preservation of Fruit Firmness

    Maintaining fruit flesh firmness at higher levels, compared to Control:

    • Harvest day: + 2.9% (+2.65 shore Units)
    • 30 days after harvest at room temperature (25±1 οC): +14.2% (+6.93 Shore Units)
