Throughout the process, the farmer benefited from the continuous guidance and support offered by Agrology\u2019s Technical Department and the collaborating agricultural store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The crop area was divided into two equal plots, one was used as Control, while Agrology\u2019s Program was applied to the other plot. The lower the acidity, the higher the quality of the olive oil.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Peroxide Value:<\/strong> <strong>Reduced by 13.8%.<\/strong> The peroxide value indicates the level of oxidation in olive oil. A lower peroxide value translates into greater stability and longer shelf life.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Total Sterols:<\/strong> <strong>Increased by 12%.<\/strong> Sterols are naturally occurring components of olive oil and serve as key indicators of its authenticity and quality.
