Throughout the process, the farmer benefited from the continuous guidance and support offered by Agrology\u2019s Technical Department and the collaborating agricultural store of Mr. Stachtaris.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The crop area was divided into two equal plots, one was used as Control, while <a href=\"https:\/\/www.agrology.eu\/en\/\">Agrology<\/a>\u2019s Program was applied to the other plot. The lower the acidity, the higher the quality of the olive oil.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Peroxide Value:<\/strong> <strong>Reduced by 21.5%.<\/strong> The peroxide value indicates the level of oxidation in olive oil. A lower peroxide value translates into greater stability and longer shelf life.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Total Phenols:<\/strong> <strong>Increased by 3%.<\/strong> This makes olive oil more beneficial for health.
