Our goal is to demonstrate that application programs with Agrology’s Functional Crop Nutrition® products are an obvious investment for producers, as the financial benefits exceed the cost of supplemental applications!

One such Success Story was carried out on Peach, var. Sweet Scarlet (SS 2025_266_GR) in Pella, in collaboration with the agricultural store and Nutrimaster® “Mpokas Efstathios”, in 2025. Throughout the process, the farmer benefited from the continuous guidance and support offered by Agrology’s Technical Department and the collaborating agricultural store.

The field was divided into two plots, one was used as the Control, while Agrology’s Program was applied to the other plot. In both plots, the farmer used the same plant protection and plant nutrition-fertilization program, apart from the additional applications with Agrology’s Functional Crop Nutrition® products.

Success Stories Results

Measurements on both plots revealed impressive results in the Agrology treatment. Specifically, the results were as follows:

1. Fruit Weight Increase

Fruit Weight Increase: +24.96 g/fruit or 11.1%

  • Agrology: 249.56 g
  • Control: 224.6 g
With the application of Agrology Program, an increase in Fruit Weight of 11.1% (+24.96 g) was achieved compared to the control

2. Fruit Size Increase

Α) Horizontal Diameter Increase (mm): +3.4% or 2.6 mm/fruit

  • Agrology: 80.7 mm​
  • Control: 78.1 mm

B) Vertical Diameter Increase (mm): +6.1% or 4.1 mm/fruit

  • Agrology: 71 mm​
  • Control: 66.9 mm
With the application of Agrology Program, an increase in Fruit Size (Vertical Diameter) of 6.1% (+4.1 mm) was achieved compared to the control

3. Preservation of Fruit Firmness

Maintaining fruit flesh firmness at higher levels, compared to Control:

  • 10 days after harvest at room temperature: +4.1%
  • 20 days after harvest at room temperature: +17.9%
With the application of Agrology Program, an increase in Fruit Firmness of 17.9% was achieved compared to the control, 20 days after harvest at room temperature

4. Total Yield Increase

Total Yield Increase: +3.5 t/ha or 8.6%

  • Agrology: 44 t/ha
  • Control: 40.5 t/ha
